Life lesson 8: Walnut brownies and misleading/misreading maps

Life Lesson number 8

When deciding to walk home from a Sunday morning market adventure, it's best not to eat a brownie whilst you are walking, as you can become so enamoured with the brownie and thinking about other things that you forget where you are and where you are going to.

Solution: So you don't become lost and freezing with produce weighing you down, learn how to use the blue dot on the GPS and stop eating so many brownies.

If this isnt likely, you have two other options:

1) Make sure you take a P.I.E who knows where they are going and ensure you are well equipped for all possible scenarios i.e. Have a hoody for the cold and gumboots for the inevitable rain.

2) If you quite like adventures by yourself, when the GPS on your phone fails to help the situation, phone a friend instead of using the last of your battery trying to 'find yourself on the map.' If you've never understood before, why would you start understanding now?!

You're welcome.
